MessageWe like Article III, and that's it. If private institutions are surpassing public institutions in quality of education, a simple solution would be to improve the quality of public education. After all, they are exceptionally well funded institutions. If we cannot raise our public standards to the levels of private institutions, and we want excellent educations for all, then the course of action which would make the most sense would be to pay to send all our citizens to the superior privately run organizations. There is no sensible reason to ban private education.
