Debate
These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:
Date | 15:11:15, July 10, 2008 CET | From | Socialist Party of Kalistan (SPoK) | To | Debating the Internet Regulations |
Message | SPoK believes that it is a privacy issue, because the internet is accessed primarily with the expectation of privacy. Even if I was in a coffee house in the middle of the city looking at pornography, I could reasonably expect to not have someone standing over my shoulders looking at what I am watching. And I certainly can expect to not have a police officer do that. Besides, this bill mentions illegal filesharing. It is my intention to pass a law abolishing copyright. Why should I vote for another law which enshrines that privilege of the corporation? |
