The HoS is the one that will work with the cabinet. It is them that the people chose to rule the goverment. Let the HoS decide who the cabinet will be so coalitions will be able to rule with more ease. |

Message | It seems to me a better option, which I believe Wouter is working on, would be one where the HoS -and- the largest party can propose a cabinet. Cohabitation (which is what we have now, where the majority coalition is not the same party or parties as the HoS) is a viable option, but the HoS should have some say in how he wants his cabinet. |
