Bill: National Statistics Institute
Details
Submitted by[?]: Republican Party of Lodamun
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2605
Description[?]:
We in the Progress Party would like to start and run an National Statistics Institute. This institute will provide the essential data for keeping track of the economy. This will be an easy and understandable site adressing such as: GDP, GDP per capita, deficit and so forth. We think this is a good way to declare how the economy is going, and what challenges we may face. We propose: -Representatives from the Hawk Institute, financially supported from the Progress Party will run such an Institute. As all officials for the government, in any way, are declared independent. This should not oppose a problem. -Every party of Lodamun are to support the National Statistics Institute with finance in order to run this project. According to the financial predicitions, this will be 1000 LOD for each party, each month. As this is a heavy project, and needs the necessary financial support from each and every party. We will put this up for vote at once, as we want this up and running as soon as possible. We believe it is a good idea, and I'll take care of the practical issues. I got time. :P Sincerely Yours -Tommy Hayek, Financial spokesman for the Progress Party, the Hawk Institute and it's advisors. Signed by Sean Martinson, Chairman of Progress Party and his colleges. |

Message | We in the Liberal Party will vote for this but the Institute must be under the management of the Finance Ministry and as part of the government, be subject to all its regulations. It will also need to accept some funding from the Finance Ministry of it is part of the government (it will continue to be ran by the Progress Party and the Finance Minister has promised not to get in the way). Can you give us that assurance PP? |

Message | That should not be a problem, we see it as very positive, and will work with the Finance Ministry. We did not think of that case. Thank you for giving us the funds necessary, this shall be a tremendous project which will enrich the nation's politicians and citizens. Espen T. Rossing Deputy Minister of Finance |

Message | The LLP would rather have a independent statistic institute instead of a national one. |

Message | Well, how is the LLP going to do that? OOC: Then we have to get someone from the outside to do this, and I am sure there are not very many. IC: I don't see the problem actually, as it's all about getting the information needed in order to keep track of the economy. We do not care who does it, but it's needed. |

Message | OOC: Because you're that way, I am going to be the same way back. IC: Yeah, well, the LP can't acknowledge that they lost the election, and let the majority run the country. |
