The title of Duke of Baniray shall hereby be granted to Arnold Vinick (Federalist Union) The title of Duke of Rilmos shall be hereby be granted to Murdoch P. Thatterton (Constitutional United Front) This bill requires the consent of the parties mentioned above to pass. |
