| Obviously nationals of Telamon are and should be free to travel as they please and so we should issue them with passports if they request them. However, for security reasons we cannot just issue a passport on reciept of a request without carrying out basic checks to establish the identity of those requesting the passport in order to prevent identity fraud etc. |
