MessageAs I have shown multiple times through statistical analysis, the degree of increase of democratic representation which this would create is statistically insignificant (amounting to something around 1/16 of 1%, if I recall), whereas it would increase the cost of managing the Folkstmma by nearly 20%. This increase in cost is hardly justified given the circumstances and benefit.
