Bill: Kalistani National Newspaper Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Socialist Party of Kalistan (SPoK)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 2606

Description[?]:

This resolution is to re-establish the Kalistani National Newspaper that we originally established perhaps 13 years ago, which has subsequently become the SPoK's Party Organ. The Online Edition will be available in the Forums.

The Newspaper will be called the Kalistani Beacon, and will be open to ALL Parties to publish in. Each Party will be called upon to publish periodic updates and news stories in the Paper. This resolution is being introduced given the massive influx of new Parties into Kalistan.

This resolution will establish the National Paper.

Vote YES if you want the paper established AND if you intend to publish Articles there.

Vote NO if you either do not want a National Paper established, or if you do but do not intend to publish anything there.

Vote ABSTAIN if you don't care, and do not plan on publishing anything.

If this resolution passes, we, in SPoK will establish the Paper (yet again) and hope to see an active and full journal of Kalistani Party Politics.

See this is what happens when voters start voting against your Party. You start sinking in a slow death roll toward the bottom...

MessageThis resolution looks like it will pass pretty handily, and it looks like the majority of Parties want to contribute, so I will go ahead and refound the News Paper, using the Union Printshop near SPoK HQ and then let the Mods know to sticky it. I will write the Address here when the deed it done.

MessageHere is the link for the Kalistani Beacon. I have asked the Moderators to sticky this one, so it will appear with the National Papers along with the rest of the worlds' papers.

Random fact: Once approved, players should copy Cultural Protocols into a bill in the debate section of their nation page, under the title of "OOC: Cultural Protocols". This bill should include links to the passed Cultural Protocol bill and the Moderation approval.
