All other races shall hereby only be deemed 'subhumans' under the law. Only humans may attain citizenship, and only humans may serve in the military of Egelion. All public amenities and educational facilities shall be segregated between humans and subhumans, and no marriage or sex may go on between a human and a subhuman; doing so shall be a capital crime. Only domestic marriages shall be recognized under the law, and all foreign marriages annulled. |

| Message | We are in the process of writing the information. Check the current bills. I am also trying to update the wiki information but haven't had enough time (this possible RP is killing my free time). The current break down is a Egalian idenity (similar to the Han idenity of China, so really it is not a race), the Welsh, that Russian race from Trigunia, and several races from Dovani. The breakdown is likely to look like this: 45% Egalian, 2% Welsh, 16% the Russian thing, 18% Dovani ethnicities, 19% other/mixed ethicities of 2 or more. |

| Message | Hey the bill is gone! It used to be the "Cultural Freedom" bill. In old Egelion there were two major ethnicities native to what is today the Egelion land. One in the north and one in the south. Over time Invasions on alsides and from external threats created the Egalian identity (a cultural identity made up of mixed ethnicities). |

| Message | @Technocrat Bloc Then the Egalians is what this bill will refer to. @NeoNPPE There is not a load of articles in this bill. Firstly, they are all related and all consistent. Secondly, there has to be at least 30 articles in a bill before you can say that there is "a load of articles." The only truly long bills are manifesto bills, which are long by definition – I've once proposed a manifesto with as many as 108 articles. However, if manifestos and long bills here have been banned by resolution, I shall be happy to comply and not propose any bills longer than 20 articles. |

| Message | OK, i may have posted that comment in the wrong bill (there were worse bills at the given moment), but i believe you all get the point, and yes, long bills have been banned by resolution. |
