Bill: National Service Reform Act of 2606
Details
Submitted by[?]: Federal Republican Party (ZC)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2606
Description[?]:
This Republic has a proud and prestigous national military. It has been the F.R.P's policy to oppose any form of mandatory service in the military. It has long been said that an all volunteer force is better in every way conceivable. Your recruits are there as they want to be there. They are highly qualified and trained to perform their duties as well. However, one may never know when war will break out and allowing the Directorate the power to call for a draft is paramount to our national security given the proper circumstances. |

Message | Respectfully, While we completely understand the F.R.P.'s stance on this matter, we are unable to support it. We worked diligently with the Brabantic Freedom Party to get the current law enacted, and wish to keep it that way. Signed, Steven Lennox |
