Vice-Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff: General Richard Clarck. Army Chief of Staff: General Peter Mossiv. Army Vice-Chief of Staff: General Harry Mattson. Airforce Chief of Staff: General Tom Clay. Airforce Vice-Chief of Staff: General George Winsly. Chief of Naval Operations: Admiral Frank Jones. Vice-Chief of Naval Operations: Admiral Jake Robberts. Commandant of the Marine Strike Force: General Grief Jackson. Vice-Commandant of the Marine Strike Force: Lieutenant General John Hegde. Signed.
