Message | If you don't like it, stop doing it. You're not actually being forced to DO anything. On the other hand, the current law that says 'whatever happens between two (or more) consenting adults is their own damn business', should be welcomed by any party who believes in hands-off government. |
Date | 01:08:27, July 17, 2008 CET | From | Red Tory Party | To | Debating the Local Authority over Sodomy |
Message | What people do in their own beds is their own business, the government has no right to dictate the sexual actions of others as long as they harm no one. This is the kind of freedom stripping that one would expect from the current government. |
Date | 02:27:38, July 17, 2008 CET | From | Commonwealth Workers Army | To | Debating the Local Authority over Sodomy |
Message | An interesting claim from the Tories, there. The Sturm und Drang Partei have always been pro-SOCIAL-liberty. It's only the military, industrial and commercial complexes where we have pushed for regulation. |
Date | 04:45:41, July 17, 2008 CET | From | Berosian Party | To | Debating the Local Authority over Sodomy |
Message | What people choose to do in the privacy of their own lives is their own business. The government is not `forcing`anyone to accept this, or even tolerate it, they are assuming a hands-off policy, and if anyone is offended by the act of sodomy in this country, they can be. |
