People receive nearly all main services free and sustiance tokens (kinda of like rations). Workers get untaxed bonuses realtaed to proformance to spend on luxuries. | Message | There is communism and then there is totalitarianism. True communism should not involve the state - it should see equality develop from the bottom-up. A progressive system of taxation allows poorer people more mobility and prevents the rich from growing too strong. If you would prefer, the tax brackets can go all the way up to 99% for the richest, but not 99% for everyone. |
