| Be it resolved by the Parliament of the Federal Republic of Kalistan, that Kalistan observe a Month of celebration in memory and honor of the recently assassinated President of the Federal Republic of Kalistan, and the 22 other individuals on the plane which were also killed with him. Be it further resolved that the families of those individuals assassinated in the service of the President be provided a modest pension for the rest of their natural lives, which will compensate them for the loss both of the family member and the quality of life that that family member would have provided if they had not been in service to the republic. Be it further resolved that the children of the deceased be provided with stipends adequate to fully find their college education, until such time as they should be finished and enter into the work force. Be it further resolved that the seat of Head of State shall be left vacant until such time as another regular election shall have occurred, and that President Rex shall remain "President of the Republic", but all matters requiring action by a Head of State with agency shall be carried out by the Chancellor, in the name and in the spirit of of the President of the Republic Doceus Rex. |
