| Our intelligence agencies would be the following: External Security: SOCOM, Special Opperatins Command - counter terrorism and intellignece abroad (department of deffense) FCCA, Foreign Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism Agency - civilian counter intelligence (dod) Internal Security: DISS, Domestic Intelligence and Security Service - civilian domestic counter terrorism and intelligence (department of interior) MCA, Military Counterintelligence Agency - same as DISS instead military (dod) |

| Message | Hmmm.... I disagree with the FBI thing. This is an intelligence service, not a police force. National police work should not in any way be mixed with the intelligence network. I don't like the foreign one. not only because I despise the DHS and all it stands for, but the DHS focuses on...well, HOMELAND security -- i.e. it's a domestic thing. I'd personally prefer something simple, like Foreign Intelligence Directorate, or something (That, and I like the soviet-style "directorate," it sounds cooler ;) ). Domestic... not sure on that one. It's half past 3 AM, so my creativity drive isn't functioning up to par. |

| Message | I suggest for our foreign agencies to be under the command of the department of defense (so we dont need to increase foreign funding) and to be called: Special Operations Command (SOCOM) (OOC: great thinking I love the name) be for the military and the Foreign Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism Agency be for "civilian" purposes. For a matter of practicality, they should both be under the jurisdiction of the defense ministry. For the internal security Military Counterintelligence Agency (MCA) for the military and Domestic Intelligence and Security Force (DISS) for civilian purposes. We propose the MCA be with the department of defense and the DISS be under the department of internal affairs. |

INTERNAL AFFAIRS: -DISS : Internal Security? Bascially, I need to know the distinguishing between the FCCA, MCA, and DISS. I think there should be a joint DISS between the Defence and Internal Affairs, but that Internal Affairs should have the last say. |
