| Message | Really? This is unnecessary, there are times for pornography set aside; children need not be exposed to it. Some parents may have the ability to block things, but not all have the option; and furthermore, what if channels no longer cater to children but instead rely solely on pornographic material. It is hard to have family television time when everything has been sexed. What could the possible dangers to society as a whole if young children are exposed, continuously, and with seeming "support" by the government of their nation, to pornographic materials repeatedly at all times of the day? We feel it is safe to say, that young and impressionable children will undoubtably be exposed to it given your proposition for its ease of attainment. Such pornography, which may not be understood by children as they are not adults, and misinterpreted to represent all adulthood. It may lead to violence against women (and men) given actions that young children see and do not understand or misinterpret. We do not feel that the NLP has thought these issues through enough. |
