Bill: Income tax proposal of July 2610

Details

Submitted by[?]: Lodamun Libertarian Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 2611

Description[?]:

In case the budget proposel should pass the LLP here also proposes a new taxation proposel.
A few tax brackets have been deleted (> 600 and > 850 merged, > 2000 and > 3000 merged, and > 6,500 and > 7,250 merged) to make things a bit simpler.

Offcourse the LLP will never propse something that wil run our budget into a deficit, and should this and the taxation proposel succed our budget surplus would be 3,921,169,301

MessageWhile we agree with the principles of smaller government, a cut of 50 billion is too much for this government to responsibly handle at this time.

MessageDon't even say that. The curren government is very responsible. They wouldn't even care if our people were dying of hunger, they wouldn't extend their hand to help them. Responsible is not a word in their dictionary. Other words not in their dictionary: Smart, progressive, intelligent, careful.

OOC: Damn! It is kind of late and I am tired, I can't think of any others. Maybe tomorrow I'll add some more.

MessageLRNP, there is such a large cut because we have recently removed the state from education and health. Furthermore the Liberals talk crap all of the time, and seem to be really bitter that the people no longer support them.

MessageThe people do support me, I told you not to say things to make yourself look even more dumb than I already think you are. Such a large cut is not necessary but, again, you are the economist.

OOC: Are you out of high school yet?

MessageEr what people? You have 39 seats, out of 150, you speak for a minority of people, not the people. Can you not see how retarded you sound at the moment? Such a large cut is not necessary, I guess, but if the money is not needed it seems unfair to tax them.

ooc: Why? Are you? I know you said you use math in your job, but you were unable to actually use that math to work out something very simple, so I'd hazard a guess you were probably lying. Furthermore what does this have to do with anything? I can't tell whether your insults are IC or OOC.

MessageOOC: And you have 34 seats out of 150. Who is the dumb one now? A huge budget cut and a huge tax cut is not the best thing to do. The money is needed, you just are too uneducated (the word is stupid but I don't like to insult kids like that) to realize where it goes. (That's an OOC insult)

Insults are insults, IC or OOC.

I don't need to give you any proof of what I do or work at, who the heck do you think you are to ask me or imply I give you any proof?

Messageooc: We only have 34 seats, but we do not claim to speak for the people. However we are also in government, and with our allies have a majority, which means collectively we represent more people than the Liberal Party. A huge budget cut and a huge tax cut make sense when we have RP'd a massive change in the education and health. Thus one is not uneducated, becase I understand that there is no need to spend money running something that you are no longer running, and thus there is no need to collect money for running something that you are no longer running.

Furthermore what is wrong with you? I reckon hat if outsiders were to read this, it would most definitly appear that you were the irrational child, and that I was ever so slightly more grown up player. Why do you feel the need to describe me as a child on the grounds that I don't share your rather pathetic attitude? Why do you feel you can describe me as a child, and k if I am still at school, and yet as if I have no right to question your failure to comprehend a basic mathematical formula?

That made me laugh. Look, I can bet that you cannot even tell me the derivative of 2x+1. Need to look it up on Wikipedia?

What are talking about you, not others. You represent less people than I do, so you have no argument what soever. Yes, I disagree with you policies, and yes, I disgree with the budget cut, but I wouldn't have had a problem if the budget had been cut progressively, which you didn't listen to and still don't want to understand why it has to be done that way.
