| The Spenocratic Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Immeressent Likatonian Interregnum. We believe that we should use our surplus, spending it on things that really matter. Once we get a more stable economic system with reasonable taxation, we can begin to cut spending in other areas. Also, it apears that the current government has many laws in place that they can't fund (for example, a normal basic education system will cost about 5% of the GDP, funding post secondary as well would durastically increase that number). |

| Message | We agree with this budget. While we wonder why the budget has been almost doubled, overall - the bulk of spending is in important areas - like defence, health and social services, and education. We approve. |

| Message | The Spenocratic Party is glad to here that the Sturm und Drang party is satisfied with the bill. We would like to remind all of the parties that this bill is just to put spending on the important areas, funding out current laws, etc. Spending or spending reductions can still take place. This is just to get us into a more stable economic era. Once we are there, and we have an agreed upon revenue, then we can argue the areas in which we must fund. |

Sunmark Spartan, current Head of the Defence department, has offered to take most of the Head of State budget under DoD consideration - since so much of it is diplomatic and security related, already. Maybe not to the tune of 20 billion likaths, of course. |
