| Dolgava is based on Latvian culture. Meanings of different Latvian names can be found in the respective constitutional laws: http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=203708 http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=205098 http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=205213 Language policy is regulated by the Official Language Act: http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=206882 "1. Nothing can be forced upon free people, so these are language recommendations. 2. The official language in Dolgava shall be Dolgavan (OOC: Latvian). 3. Parties are encouraged to provide English summaries for public items, such as bill descriptions and comments. 4. This law shall be enacted, amended and deleted with >2/3 of Saeima votes." If You don't understand something, ask Latvian fellows. The same if You'd like to use Latvian names for something in Your disposal. |
