Message | Name the exact time when a fetus becomes worthy of rights - and back it up! - and we'll go along. Until then, we must err on the side of life. |

Message | Actually our plan is to fully legalize abortion step by step. A fetus becomes worthy of rights at birth. But incremental reform is the intended plan. If some prefer to go no further than one trimester as an option for abortion, then it will be impossible to extend to the second, or third trimester. But at least choice for women will be expanded. |

Message | Birth? Why not a second before? What's the real difference? A woman's rights do not extend to murder. |

Message | A second before birth, a baby is a fetus, still a biological dependant upon the mother's womb. A human's rights begin at biological independance from the mother's womb. To argue the argument. |

Message | Nonsense. Well before birth the baby cannot survive in the womb indefinately - it would suffocate. Babies can survuve premature birth at increasingly early ages these days - dependence on the mother is no argument. |

Message | I am afraid I have had a soul-searching look into this. I am comfortable leaving the level at emergency use; so-called therapeutic induced abortion. I am of the opinion that it should be legal, safe, but only for the cases of rape, incest, health of the mother. Imust regretfully withdraw my vote. |
