Status[?]: passed

Voting deadline: December 2611
Description[?]:
In response to the overly complicated system provided by the ARP, we instead propose the following: http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l91/empyreanimperator/lulzerz/HomelandSecurity.jpg A simple five-tier system, so easy to understand anyone can do it. :D This is the condition used to designate normal peacetime military readiness. An upgrade in military preparedness is typically made by the Joint Chiefs of Staff and announced by the Mordusian Minister of Defense. :) This refers to normal, increased intelligence and the heightening of national security measures. :\ This refers to an increase to force readiness above normal. Radio call signs used by Mordusian forces change to currently-classified call signs. :( This refers to a further increase in force readiness just below maximum readiness. D: This refers to maximum readiness. It is reserved for imminent or ongoing attack on Mordusian military forces or Mordusian territory by a foreign military power. |

Message | The MAU fails to see why simplicity is somehow labelled as childishness. It is precisely because this issue is so dire and serious that the MAU feels it necessary EVERYONE can truly understand the situation Mordusia resides in. |
