Resolved, that the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport of the Grand Duchy of Keymon shall be empowered to impose and enforce environment regulations on energy corporations in order to ensure public and environmental safety.

Resolved, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport of the Grand Duchy of Keymon shall have the power to regulate the rates of electricity charged by energy companies at its discretion.

MessageThe reason I put forth this bill is that currently energy companies can pollute with impunity. The other is that energy companies are essentially natural monopolies without consumer choice. Therefore, consumers are left to the caprice of the energy companies and must either pay through the nose or freeze in the dark.
