Message | We have not been a hard or a soft power, we have been completely missing from the international scene, we have been isolationist. The current geo-political make up is divided between two large blocs, the Axis Alliance of Terra and the Comintern, which Valruzia cannot possibly compete against single handedly. Projecting soft power is the only way to maintain safety, a militarist Valruzia will be crushed. |

Message | We have recently faced threats from our neighbors (Likatonia) - we aren't prepared to vote in favor of more demilitarization at this time. |
