| Message | We would like to see it as a 4 year liberal arts college, which specializes in the social sciences and humanities. Research should be a component, but not the focus; the focus should be on training teachers. We would also like to have a medicine department, as well as a business school attached to it. To save money, it may be a good idea to place existing business and medicine schools under the university. Doceus Rex was a political theorist, having studied the Terran classics during the insurgency, and he emphasized "Each One Teach One" as a method of socialist instruction. He also taught himself macro economics, and valued the KRA's corpsmen as much as he did his Lieutenants. |

Teaching base, semi-separate business and medical schools under the same banner, and on the same campus. So known primarily for social sciences, humanities, and education, secondarily known for medicine and business. (OOC: Sounds like my alma mater and the one across town, combined, University of New Orleans (social sciences, humanities, and teaching, the one I went to) and Tulane University (business and medicine). Of course, UNO is also known for underwater naval engineering (no joke) and Tulane is primarily known for law. . .so maybe not that accurate.) |
