Upon passage of this bill, religious schools are allowed to exist whiel school prayer is left to the feelings of local authorities. Minister renumeration is the not the job of the national government but may be acted upon or not acted upon by local governments. |

Message | Some policy is good, but allowing religious schools to be unregulated seems a bit bizarre. For article two, we wonder why the local governments should have any say whatsoever in how or how much a minister is paid. Article three is sound, but alas the other two nullify any support the FSP would have for the bill. |
