Message | Why? Freedom of religion does not mean freedom from religion. This seems unnecessary. |

Message | Also, if these public officals are appointed in a political way as the legislation you sponsored and you passed states, as they currently are, why don't you just tell your appointees that they must not wear religious symbols. That would seem easier than passing a law for the whole nation. As you "win" elections (in your words), afterall, that is what you "like" to do (your words again) you simply fire everyone else and hire who you want. Hire a bunch of atheists, or agnostics or something; we mean, afterall, is qualifications really necessary? That fictional Andrew Jackson guy didn't think so. |

Message | We passed a bill to make it legal for our party (and other parties in agreement) to exclude communists from political appointment. We still believe in the neutrality of the executive. |

Message | This bill would be acceptable if the stipulation was that religious symbols cannot be -visible- during the exercise of their duties. |

Message | We could arrange for an exemption. What sort of symbols did the FSP have in mind? Religious tattoos? |

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature. |
