Message | Two of our nations direct neighbors, and three of the major nations of this continent have already adopted this treaty, which will doubtlessly improve the economy of Lodamun. In order to ratify it however, these two laws must be modified to fit the article requirements. I understand that these two points are major concerns of the parties of Lodamun, particularly because I worked so hard to change the laws regarding Article 1. Now rather than considering these issues on their individual merit, consider the implications of not accepting them. The benefits of accepting these measures to increase trade and relations with our neighbors far outweighs any other concern. Therefore I appeal to the members here to set aside their differences and pass this Act. |

Message | for the record, in good faith, im leaving this open to debate. if it is clear a majority of this body has no interest in the Union I wont even bother putting it to a vote, although it would be an absolute waste. |

Message | perhaps the Liberals should consider that their beloved Isolationist tendencies may not in fact keep Lodamun safe as a nation, and that without looking for allies and strong trade partners Lodamun may yet be dragged into conflict throughout the world. |

Message | We feel the necessity of informing the LRNP about our allies throughout the world. Our Former Foreign Affairs Minister, Rich Reynolds, negotiated several free trade agreements as well as bringing new allies to Lodamun. We can assure that we are very well protected. |

Message | yes, and the members of the Seleyan Trade and Tourism Union are not members of the Seleya Free Trade Zone, so it only makes sense as far as im concerned for us to expand our trade into their markets by ratification of this treaty. |
Date | 21:19:02, July 29, 2008 CET | From | The Liberal Party | To | Debating the Seleyan Trade and Tourism Union Admission Act |
Message | If it was only a free trade agreement, we would support but because it has binding laws, which we oppose, we will not support. |

Message | It is not about faith on our Foreign Affairs Minister, it is about what we believe is right or wrong, good or bad. We are sure that the Foreign Affairs Minister wants what is best for our country in his own way, we want what's best for our country on our own way. |
