Every time this issue is put to the vote it is ruined by parties on the left who refuse to recognise the nation's position as a very centrist legislature. This vote requires a full 2/3rds of the vote. That means the GMP must support We shall be renamed the: Republic of Al'Badara |

While we do not wish this to seem like a strike against the Socialist, this current title is clearly aimed at undermined us that are for individuals and their rights. The change would make this nation a more inviting political arena and potentially increase debate. Good things can come from an increased clash of ideology which leads to moderation and mitigation. |

| Message | We actually supported this idea before and will do so again through our voting unless any strong argument is put forward in opposition. Though The GMP is an economically Socialist party and we feel that Al'Badara is one of the more left-wing nations in Terra, we fail to see why we should have the 'Socialist' title at present. |
