| The purpose of this resolution is to reform the Diet through constitutional amendment into a more appropriate and orderly assembled body. I. This parliament will confirm that it is an assembly assembled for the emperor and the people his family protects and the faith they have. II. This parliament will confirm that it needs a more forceful hand in the name of the people for a better order within His Imperial Majesty's government. III. This parliament can only have a forceful hand in a more powerful head of HIM government, in a Chancellor, that can be maintained and this house can be brought to order rather than the hand of government weakly rubber stamping what the assembled government for the people votes upon. Order must be maintained, that is which brought up for a vote, must be debated upon and moved quickly on by the Chancellor in the name of HIM and his people. CONCLUSION it is the purpose of this government to simply allow debate to break down, for a vote without protest, but no more as this parliament shall become an assembly of the people under the name of HIM and an assembly under the control, rather than an assembly out of control, by HIM representative the Chancellor and Imperial Seal-Bearer. |
