Resolved, that any person in the Grand Duchy of Keymon who is in a terminally-ill state and/or in chronic, unbearable pain that wishes to die shall be allowed to do so long as it is approved by their attending physician and ascertained that the person is expressing his or her free will and is not under coercion or threat.
