With the recent success in for Jelbanian scientists in the realm of robotics and mind-machine interfaces, it is believed that we can make great strides in energy research. If passed this bill will start a project to finalize fusion technologies as well as hydrogen cell technologies. Fusion technologies will give Jelbania a safer and vastly more powerful alternative to current fission technologies. Hydrogen cell technologies would give Jelbania the freedom from outside sources for its everyday energy needs.
