| WHEREAS, Praetor Moniseur Moi's Pants are incapable of fulfilling the duty of Praetor due to being pants. WHEREAS, Pants are a non-living item. WHEREAS, The Praetor is not living. WHEREAS, It is the duty of this Senate to uphold the law and the create law. WHEREAS, Praetor Moniseur Moi's Pants are not living and therefore the Praetor is not living. WHEREAS, There must be a living Head of Government in order for a nation to fully function. BE IT RESOLVED BY 2/3RDS: I.That the Baltusian Senate does not recognize the Praetorship of Moniseur Moi's Pants and strips Moniseur Moi's Pants of any legal priveleges that accomodate the title of Praetor. II.That the Baltusian Senate, realizing that another election would have to take plave before Moniseur Moi's Pants can be removed from the title of Praetor, strips him of his powers of Head of Government. III.That the Baltusian Senate does administer the powers of the Head of Government to another to bear the title as "Speaker." IV.That the powers of the Head of Government will be presented to another living person to be named in another bill. |
