Description[?]:
The purpose of this bill is to privatized nationalized fishing. I. The parliament finds that nationalization and public industries and sectors are restrictive to Luthori economic growth and dangerous to individual prosperity II. The parliament finds that nationalized industries and sectors are failed by centralized planning and can only really work through private individuals III. The parliament finds it is not Communist and is aligned strongly against Communist, yet holds an entire industry hostage with its production quotas and its state control IV. The parliament finds that it regulates where it should not, where Duchies should instead, as well as townships that depend on fishing as a livelihood V. The parliament finds not only does it meddle in fishing, but it takes the profits that should be given to the fishermen for what they take from the sea, not what they are awarded from the government through a state paycheck CONCLUSION it is bonded in this parliament and this Act that all of the fishing industries are private, and regulation local. |
