It is located on the coast of Verranderlijke Ocean, in the Old City part, near the Old Port. Its official adress is Market Square 7 /OOC comment: also the original palace in Helsinki is overlooking the Market Square there/. It is also known as "Commonwealth House". The palace was build back in 25th century as the primary meeting place for all politicial and society leaders of the Commonwealth. The president and prime minister (Head of Government) would receive here representatives from Rutanian provinces. The palace gradually began to serve as principal office for the president, and afterwards, also as his official residence in Port Nelson. The Palace contains private apartments and reception rooms for the President on its third floor.
