Message | Agreed. We had opposed the MDC's similar but less extreme proposal http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=208729 since at that time Kirlawa's budget surplus (a cushion against any unexpected future crisis) was a mere fraction of what it had been for most of our party's history, and the proposed tax cut stood to reduce it further. However, the PR's intervening income tax proposal has made our surplus now very robust, so it can easily sustain the elimination of this tax with a sizeable cushion remaining. We support. |

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law. |
