Description[?]:

In order to truly show how our reign will permanently affect Baltusian History, we are now beginning to propose a few resolutions. Here is the first.

RESOLUTION #1

BE IT ENACTED BY 2/3rds,

The official history of what was "Baltusia" shall be preserved in this page, http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Baltusia. However, any further information dealing with the new government and this new age in Baltusian history shall be tracked here, http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Kabushikia, so that all can see the imprint the Council of Three left in building this land to be a great nation.
