Message | I'm afriad this counts as heresy. Perhaps the GKF don't know this, so we will let them off. Plus the Church of Farbanti is the only religion anyway. |

Message | So what? Catholic doctrine forbid's the death penalty if it can't be seen as an ultimate act of self-defense (which could, in modern times with modern prisons, only, and even then not surely, count for terrorists whom other terrorists could try to get out by taking hostages). The Church of Farbanti, as a mixture of several religions, can't have a real, unifying opinion, and if it would have one, it would probably be against the death penalty anyways. Also, we can't see how following religious values could be seen as heresy, if this values are those of the catholics in the Church of Farbanti. |

Message | Nevertheless, there is until now no specific bill to declare what could be seen as heresy and what couldn't. All we know is that secularism counts as it, and this bill is not at all intended to move secularism foreward, it just serves to make clear that the catholic part of the CoF is against death penalty. - His Rt. Hon. Eminence Svein Arassón, Archbishop of Thorgerd, Leader of the Kazulian Catholic Church and Speaker of the Catholics of Athlorcaea-Hutori, Minister of Justice |

Random fact: Cultural Protocol bills must provide a real-life equivalent or short description for the ethnic groups, languages and religions contained in them, such that it would be easy for an unfamiliar player to understand (e.g. "Dundorfian = German"). Where appropriate, they should also provide guidance to players on where to find help with translations and character names. This might include, for example, links to Google Translate, Behind the Name's Random Name Generator and Fantasy Name Generators. |
