Description[?]:

This Resolution, if passed by the Congress, will affirm that the prior resolution guaranteeing permanent funding to the "Pan-Terran Red Army" from the Ikradonian Defense budget (http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=187530) was improperly done and is altogether null and void.

MessageLooking back through the archives, we noticed this bill. It seems unreasonable to have this be a permanent drain of the Defense budget. We defer to the judgment of the Minister of Defense in this regard, and would place the discretion in that office. If the operations of this group are helpful to Ikradon's security the Defense Ministry may of course opt to continue funding them.
