MessageMr Speaker,

The tithe is a Holy Imperial tradition, setting it at anything other than ten percent is just not the Luthori way.

MessageMr Speaker,

Certain parties should refrain from referring to their seat share percentage as "tradition".

I yield.

MessageMr Speaker,

When the boy joins a party with over 500 years of imperial service: he might understand the meaning of tradition.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Are we to think that the corporate CEO or even the small business owner, or even simple worker, that would fall under this tax doesn't understand the ten percent tithe? I do, because I am a Christian. Does that mean I need the government to attack me for it? NO! I am voting against this, not for religious reasons, but because we would run a national debt I can't allow that.

I yield.

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
