| Today, we share in the nation's collective loss of and take offense and outrage to the senseless assassinations of both Pres. Bush V and PM Patrick. Therefore, effective immediately upon passage of this memorial act: 1) At least 2 armed fighter jets will hereafter accompany all presidential and PM planes and helicopters at all times. 2) Metal detectors and bomb/substance-sniffing dogs will be added to every door/security checkpoint at all national buildings. This will include implementing the usage of bulletproof motorcades, bulletproof vest use for the president and PM, and sweeps and cordining off of 1/2 a mile around the parimeter of where these leaders are suppose to visit/speak at least 8 hours prior. 3) Capitol police will begin doing daily random searches of visitors to the parliament building, the executive mansion and all other national governmental buildings. 4) Capitol police will install and use airport-security style scanners and wands on all package and parcels entering parliament or the executive buildings. 5) 10 years of security detail will be provided to all ex-Presidents and PMs and 5 to all parliamentarians and executive cabinet members. After that, they must pay for their own security if wanted. 6) All relatives living with the president and PM will be given protection while residing with the president or PM. All children/stepchildren of the president or PM will also receive security detail until age 25. Spouses will receive protection the same 10-yr. length as the Pres. or PM. 7) All assassins and attempted assassinations of any government official -- local, state or national -- charged and convicted in a court of law, will receive a MANDATORY life without parole prison sentence. |
