Message | This is a sabotage to our ability to defend ourselves. You are basically eliminating the only deterrent we have, the one which protects our neutrality. |

Message | If using WMD's on civilians is our only deterrent then we are certainly a quite pathetic nation. |
Date | 20:56:10, August 11, 2008 CET | From | The Liberal Party | To | Debating the Weapons of Mass Destruction Act |
Message | We will certainly not condemn any use of nuclear weapons in civilian areas if our military deems it necessary. |
Date | 20:59:22, August 11, 2008 CET | From | Holy Eliyahu Confession | To | Debating the Weapons of Mass Destruction Act |
Message | Nor will you condemn the use of biological agents on civilians, or using land mines without constraint, or discriminating against women and minorities in military hiring practices. Youve already made your policies on the military clear. |

Message | Good! We want everyone to know them very clearly. Our military should have all the powers necessary to ensure our security is bullet-proof. |

Message | I fail to see how discrimination makes us more secure. I fail to see how killing innocent civilians makes us more secure. |
Date | 21:45:48, August 11, 2008 CET | From | The Liberal Party | To | Debating the Weapons of Mass Destruction Act |
Message | No discrimination occurs in our military, how many times do we have to tell you that? Many times, weapons factories are located in civilian areas. If we are at war, we need to make sure our enmy cannot manufacture mor weapons. And that's just one example. |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
Random quote: "Many forms of Government have been tried, and will be tried in this world of sin and woe. No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all-wise. Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time." - Winston Churchill |
