| BE IT ENACTED by two-thirds vote in favor by the Council of Three of the Baltusian Corporate-State of Porn and Destruction, let it be resolved that, IN GEVARO: 1) There be a new municipality, named "Threesome" THIS SHALL TAKE EFFECT immediately after its passage by the Council of Three. |
