Bill: Abortion Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Red Tory Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2621
Description[?]:
We feel this is a safe compromise. Although we must also begin to cut down on the causes of unwanted pregnancies. No one comes out of an abortion happy, relived maybe, but never happy. We can all agree that abortion is not a good thing. The only cause of abortion is unwanted pregnancies, so we must do all that we can do diminish the abundance of that cause. With proper sex ed. courses that remain compulsory, quality daycare programs for students in high school and university/college, we can effectively reduce the amount of unwanted pregnancies. |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
