MessageEver heard of madrassas where kids are instructed to use guns and encouraged to use them against anyone who doesn't share the same beliefs as themselves?

MessageIt's very simple really. When law enforcement learns of such schools which instruct students to violate laws, the proper arrests can be made. However, you know and I know that the matters you speak of are the exception rather than the rule. Imposing government regulation as a day to day convenience is a simple attempt to restrict the equality of religious institutions on the part of the TCP. We cannot start passing laws on the basis of pre-empting every possible crime.

Random fact: When your party holds the foreign affairs department, you can create new treaties. However, before writing anything new, it is a good idea to search for existing treaties which already accomplish what you desire.
