The Communist Party believes that it is a form of oppression, that the larger regions in Deltaria have a disproportionately larger say in the parliament. We also believes that the smallest voice, is the most important, and propose this new reform. |

Old value:: A proportional algorithm that gives a very small advantage to larger regions.
Current: Equal representation, regardless of region population.
Proposed: A pseudo-proportional algorithm that gives considerable advantage to smaller regions.

Message | The DPD didn't think it mattered how big a region was because the individual vote gives the number of seats. Thats how the DPD got the most seats in the last election despite not winning over any region. So, no. Everyone seems to have a fair amount of say as it is. |
