Bill: Museum Reform Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Neo-Imperial Peoples Vanguard Party (IA)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 2622

Description[?]:

The purpose of this Act is to give the maintenance of Museums to local governments rather leave the responsibility to national government, however, when a new one is to be constructed then it shall be the job of this parliament to vote on changing this policy.

I. Currently, no new museums are under construction.

II. It has been several years since the dedication of a museum to the Luthori War of Succession was fought the last museum to have been constructed anymore will be of local concerns rather than national.

III. No events since the Luthori War of Succession have happened nationally that warrant a national museum, therefore, none have been constructed, those that have been can be easily maintained on the local level.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We are about to begin the construction of a new museum in the capital. Many relics from Alduria were saved thanks to the Emperor sending them over before the chaos turned into outright rebellion.

Why not use the Imperial Palace instead?

I yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Beacuse the Emperor lives there and it is something that not only he should be able to see. It is for the people to see.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Then, in that case, we can put it into a public museum we already have. We don't need a new museum for everything.

I yield.
