| As it stands the powers of the Tenno are, for the most part not established, and really the only things that have been established have arisen from various situations, as such we beleive it to be in the best interest of the Commonwealth and the people to establish what powers the Tenno has until such a time that a Constitution containing such is established. We propose the following; -The issuance of a declaration of martai law in the Federal Metropolist of Kasmenai do to it's nature of not being a Federal subject in the event of natural disaster, war or great unrest. -The deployment and movement of troops during times of war. -The issuance of executive orders in line with the law to further direct the operations of the various executive agencies. -The creation of protected reserves, landmarks and historical sites within reason. |
