The reason was that the Cildanian flag is easily associated with Cildania as a whole, and thus we don't want a faulty set of vacuum cleaners to get associated with our country. The Cildanian flag is a "trademark" of the State, and no private company represents Cildania, so no private company can use the flag. Note that this restriction does not affect private use. |

| Message | RLP, you will not win us with teasings. We are more morally progressive than you can imagine, and thus the thought of the Cildanian flag on a pornographic movie does not trouble us. If it were for us, the lead star can have it tatooed on his genitals, but our reasoning goes more along the lines of what CA just said: in other countries, the presence of the Cildanian flag is seen as an implicit endorsement of our country, and we don't want the mistakes of private enterprises to contaminate the image of Cildania as a whole. |
