Details

Submitted by[?]: Coalition for National Unity [CNU]

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 2624

Description[?]:

Sir Thomas Hill, former Supreme President of the Federal Republic of Solentia.

Sir Thomas Hill was the founder of the CMP and served in the Supreme Presidential Office no less than 7 terms, the most number of terms for an Individual in the history of the Federal Republic.

Sir Thomas started off as a young and enthusiastic businessman. At age 20 he founded the CMP and started to enter politics as a way of promoting the growth of the Solentian economy.

His administrations lead the greatest Economic time in Solentian history, dropping taxes by 90% and Corporation tax by 40%.

Sir Thomas was a man of integrity and loyalty. A passionate Conservative, he upheld family values and ethical standard well into his 90's.

Sir Thomas sets the standard for Solentian Conservatives and deserves to be remembered for his great economic reforms, his assaults on immorality and his defence of his beliefs no matter what.

After the formation of the CMP, Sir Thomas managed to bring the party up to the greatest number of seats a party has ever had in the nation, second only to the IP spike.

Sir Thomas was awarded the title of "Party President for Life" in 2523 and kept the title until his death at age 125 in 2568.

This act shall add Sir Thomas Hill of Adion to the Official Honored Solentian Heroes Commemoration List upon more than 50% of the legislature voting in the affirmative.

Random fact: Voters have an extra appreciation for bills that actually get passed, so if you want to maximally take profit from your votes, make sure you compromise with others.
