MessageWe would support this budget proposal, but by virtue of the fact that we believe this duty should respectively be left to the finance minister, we must vote against this bill.

MessageOOC: Woah that's weird, everyone is allowed to propose taxation and spending bills now, I was never able to do that prior to... now I guess. If you go to the cabinet page and go to their executive orders page any party can do it. It compromises the Finance Ministry position. We call for the TCP to remove this legislation, because in the game it should not be allowed. It is the Finance Minister's responsibility and duty, and it regularly shouldn't be allowed to someone who doesn't hold the Finance Ministry. It would be the same as my party proposing the ratification of a treaty... it's just something that I don't have the privilege to do. Leave it to the Finance Minister, it's their privilege for holding the ministry.
